Modern Slavery Statement 2023

Big Foot Communications is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking occurring in any of our activities or in our supply chain.

This commitment is evident through our company, which aims to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. We ensure the adherence to policy commitments and compliance of current Government legislation and regulations and we recognise the importance of respecting human rights and ensuring that all individuals involved in our operations are treated fairly and with dignity.

Our organisational structure and operations

Big Foot Communications is a small business consisting of two people working across mostly UK-based transport businesses.  All our suppliers are based in the UK. We expect our suppliers to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

Big Foot Communications is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour. We also encourage people to speak up if they feel uncomfortable about any aspect of our operations.

Due to the nature and size of our business, we assess ourselves to have a very low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

This statement has been approved by Emma Gascoigne, Director of Big Foot Communications for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.

This statement will be reviewed and updated every year.
