Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement 2023

Big Foot Communications is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-bribery and corruption.

 

As a small business that works mostly with transport businesses, we recognise the importance of maintaining high ethical standards and preventing bribery and corruption in our operations.

Our policies and procedures prohibit any form of bribery or corruption, whether direct or indirect, in all of our business dealings. We do not offer, promise, give, or accept any bribes or other improper payments, gifts, or hospitality that could influence or be perceived to influence any business decision or activity.

We conduct due diligence on all our clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure that they share our values and are committed to ethical and lawful conduct. We expect our business partners to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, and to maintain their own anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures.

We will continue to review and improve our policies and procedures to ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent bribery and corruption in our business dealings.

 

This statement has been approved by Emma Gascoigne, Director of Big Foot Communications for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.
